Grant funding aims to support the planning, implementation, and operation of schools that improve the coordination, integration, accessibility, and effectiveness of services for children and families, particularly for children attending high-poverty schools, including high-poverty rural schools.

Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children

The Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program (HTPCP) provides opportunities for any domestic or private entity to support innovative, community-based initiatives to improve the health status of infants, children, adolescents, and families in rural and other underserved communities by increasing their access to preventive care and services.
