In FY23, Civil Rights Corps and The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights brought together a community of criminal-legal advocates, grassroots organizations, and allies to support interdisciplinary investments that tackle the underlying causes of violence and harm—items such as inadequate access to food, shelter, physical and mental healthcare, safe and supportive schools, a clean environment, and more.
In FY24 and beyond, we are continuing this push for evidence-based investments in these basic building blocks that help keep families and communities safe.
